Adams Dry Fly

The Adams Dry Fishing Fly is a design over 85 years old and still fished by fisherman all over the world. Grizzle brown hackles with a medium grey body the adams fly works in a wide range of water types for trout. Works well all year but probably peaks spring and summer. Cast upstream on rivers to achieve a dead drift. The fly is a good match for several American and European Upwinged flies, very acceptable likeness of an Iron Blue.
